St. Bridget’s Convent is a private girls’ school situated in Colombo 7. It was founded in 1902 by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd Congregation, who administer it to this day.
The school is located at C W W Kannangara Mawatha, and comprises a Collegiate, Primary and Montessori school.
The Annual Inter House Aquatic Meet of St Bridget's Convent was held today the 30th of October 2024, at St. Joseph's college swimming complex.

Three of our staff members Mrs Sandouni Fernando, Mr Athula Dematahettige and Mrs Premila Kandasami celebrated their Silver Jubilee on Wednesday the 16th October 2024.
This remarkable occasion was held at the school auditorium commencing with the Holy Eucharistic Celebration conducted by Rev Fr Ivan Perera.
The students performed an array of entertainment items in order to show their love and gratitude to their teachers who have served a quarter of a century at St Bridget's Convent, nurturing numerous students who have stepped into the world gently and firmly.
We Congratulate our beloved teachers and wish them all the best for many more fruitful years of success in their career.
