St. Bridget’s Convent is a private girls’ school situated in Colombo 7. It was founded in 1902 by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd Congregation, who administer it to this day.
The school is located at C W W Kannangara Mawatha, and comprises a Collegiate, Primary and Montessori school.

The Annual Christmas Carol service of St. Bridget's Convent was held this evening at the School Auditorium.
His Lordship Rt.Rev. Dr Anthony Wyman Croos -The Bishop of Ratnapura graced the occasion as the chief guest.
It was indeed a heavenly experience to hear our girls singing and praising God under the guidance of the Choir directress, Our very own Mrs Priyanthi Seneviratne VanDort.
We extend our whole hearted thanks to our dear parents, well-wishers and everyone who were present today and also for each and everyone who joined us live from around the globe.
May the Spirit of Christmas be with you and your families.

At the 4th National Open Archery Championship which took place on the 6th of December 2024, Denise Alwis was placed 🥈2nd with a score of 331 and Dulya Peiris was placed 🥉3rd with a score of 321.
