St. Bridget’s Convent is a private girls’ school situated in Colombo 7. It was founded in 1902 by the Sisters of the Good Shepherd Congregation, who administer it to this day.
The school is located at C W W Kannangara Mawatha, and comprises a Collegiate, Primary and Montessori school.

Today we celebrated the Teachers' Day along with the feast day of our community leader Rev Sr Francine Muthugala.
The celebrations commenced with the Holy Mass which was followed by the entertainment items performed by the students in honour of their teachers.
On this special day, we humbly ask God to guard and guide our teachers so that they may be strengthened to carry on the task entrusted to them with dedication and passion.
We also pray for our community leader Sr Francine Muthugala that she may be blessed abundantly with God's grace to carry on her mission of Shepherding.

This year's Children's Day celebrations were organised by the Board of Prefects based on the theme 'Wild West'. 🌵🐴🌵.
This year's celebration is quite significant as we shared the joy of childhood with a group of young children who joined us from Sinna Paaduwa'.
The day was filled with an array of entertainment items, games and DJ which the girls enjoyed to their maximum.
